Your initial visit generally lasts 90 minutes. We conduct a review of your health history and speak at length about the symptoms you are experiencing. You are our best source of information and this process is invaluable for determining the best treatment for your unique presentation. During this time you will receive your first acupuncture treatment, if treatment is appropriate. We will advise you on dietary modifications and lifestyle changes that you should consider.

FOLLOW-UP VISIT- $70.00
Each follow-up visit generally lasts 1 hour. We will briefly discuss changes in your condition and any new concerns.
*Please arrive early & allow at least 60 minutes for this visit.
* A Note about your appointment time- The above times are averages. Some patients will require a longer session. Often there are unexpected delays that occur in the course of the day. We always attempt to be respectful of your schedule and time. If possible, allow for margin in the event your appointment takes a little longer than expected. If you must honor a prior commitment, always let your practitioner know when you arrive. We will see to it you are leaving our office on time and well cared for.
Since insurance coverage varies, please contact your provider to learn what they offer. We are happy to provide a "super-bill" that you submit to your insurance company. Your insurer will reimburse you directly for your treatments. Here are a few questions you should find out for yourself:
Will my plan cover acupuncture?
How many visits per calendar year?
Do I need a referral?
Do I have a co-pay?
Do I have a deductible, and if so, has it been met?
We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards as means of payment. Please be prepared to pay at the time of service. If special considerations are needed, please speak with us before scheduling your appointment.
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Other patients have been declined in order to honor our commitment to you as a patient. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This may be done by phone, text, or email. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your office visit. Please be respectful and understanding of this policy.
